ASM Admission Calendar

1. Interviews are held in three slots January 3rd Week, March/April 3rd Week and June 3rd Week Every year.
2. Applications are available online or at the institute or at the interview venue and are accepted until the date of interview.
3. Merit List is declared within 7 days from the date of Interview.
4. Cutoff Date for admission is as per AICTE norms.

Admission Procedure for fulltime AICTE Approved PGDM, MMM, MPM, MCM:

Eligible candidates who have a valid score for MAT/CAT/ATMA/XAT or the institute's written test can apply for the personal interview. Admission will be provided on all India merit, based on the scores of the written test and personal interview.

• Fill the Institute’s application form that is available for Rs. 1,200/- and attach testimonials.
• Prospectus and form will be available at respective centres on the date of the personal interview or can be downloaded from the website
• Take the entrance exam and Personal Interview as per the schedule specified (Schedules will be intimated by emails/advertisements/website/phone/letters)
• An all India merit list will be declared and selected students would be sent letter/email, informing them about their selection and last date to confirm their admission.
• Candidates wishing to confirm their admission must do so before the last date by paying the mandatory fees, failing to do so would lead to forfeiting the claim on the seat.
• Students on the waiting list will be allotted seats in case selected students fail to claim their seats by the last date.

Selection Procedure

• Candidates who have a valid all India level written Test score like CAT/MAT/ATMA/XAT/MH-MBA-CET/eCAT will be exempted from the institute’s written test and shall have to appear only for the Personal Interview
• Written test will have 50% weightage, the remaining 50% is allocated as follows:
  Personal Interview 45%, Past Academic Record 3% Work Experience 2%
• Admissions will be on the basis of All India Merit List

Admission Procedure for Part time evening course PGDBM, PGDMLM, PGDFT, PGDIB, PGDT, MFM, MMM, MHRDM,

Eligible candidates can apply for the personal interview. Admission will be provided on first come first serve basis, based on the performance of the personal interview.

• Fill the Institute’s application form and attach testimonials.
• Prospectus and form will be available at respective centres on the date of the personal interview or can be downloaded from the website
• Selected students would be sent letter/email, informing them about their selection and last date to confirm their admission.
• Candidates wishing to confirm their admission must do so before the last date by paying the mandatory fees, failing to do so would lead to forfeiting the claim on the seat.
• Students on the waiting list will be allotted seats in case selected students fail to claim their seats by the last date.

Admission Procedure for fulltime AICTE Approved MBA/MMS, MCA (Management Faculty):

• Admission procedure for the fulltime MBA/MMS and MCA (Management Faculty) is through the centralized admission procedure (CAP) conducted by DTE, Maharashtra State
• Students have to appear for the DTE approved CET.
• 20% of the seats are reserved for institute level admissions. Students with valid CAT, Feb MAT, ATMA, XAT or MH-CET score can apply for institute level admission. Students can apply personally along with all original documents and score card.

Admission Procedure for Fulltime Undergraduate courses BBA, BCA, BBM (IB), B.Sc. (CS), B.Com, BMS

• Student will have to appear for the Centralized Admission Written Test conducted by University or the written test conducted by the Institute.
• The student will have to fill the application and attach all the relevant documents for admissions.
• Forms are available at the PI venue for admission.

Admission Procedure for Fulltime Undergraduate courses MCA (Science Faculty)

• Student who are B.Sc. Graduates or have appeared for final year, and having Maths in their 12th Std or any one year of graduation may apply for the admissions to the MCA Science Faculty.
• Student will have to fill the application form, attach all testimonials and appear for the Written Test and interview conducted by the institute.
• Admissions will be given on merit basis.

Admission Procedure for Fulltime Undergraduate courses MCA (Commerce Faculty)

• Student who are Graduates or have appeared for final year, and having Maths in their 12th Std or any one year of graduation may apply for the admissions to the MCA commerce Faculty.
• Student will have to fill the application form, attach all testimonials and appear for the Written Test and interview conducted by the institute.
• Admissions will be given on merit basis.

Admission Procedure for Fulltime Undergraduate courses MSc. (Computer Science)

• Student, who have completed B.Sc. Computer Science or have appeared for final year, may apply for the admissions to the MSc. Computer Science.
• Student will have to fill the application form, attach all testimonials and appear for the Written Test and interview conducted by the institute.
• Admissions will be given on merit basis.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Documents to be submitted along with the application form at the time of entrance test/Personal Interview:
For Post Graduate Course: 10th, 12th, graduation mark sheets (in case of appearing students the 2nd year mark sheet can be provided), Valid Written test score card, Photo Id Proof, Rs. 12,00/- for the application form.

For Part time Course: 10th and 12th Mark sheets, Photo Id Proof, Rs. 500/- for the application form.
