ASM’s mission for human transformation is accomplished by making the students equipped with all the desired prerequisite of the corporate world in the current economic scenario. We believe that leaders are not born but are made by focusing on holistic development of the students by imbibing the right blend. We work very hard to imbibe in the students the humane spirit to contribute to the society and the nation. We are engaged in developing students which are capable of being DEEP SMARTS. Our efforts are positively responded by the corporate world, resulting in the 100 percent campus placement.

Career Planning forms an integral part of the Computer and Management courses curriculum. Because of privatization and globalization, the business scenario is fast changing. In the business world the opportunities which were traditionally available in the manufacturing and IT Sectors are now shifted to service sectors, Insurance, call-centers, hospitality industry, construction industry, etc. The operations of NGO's are also expanding creating a big demand. With these changing focus, the job opportunities are also needs a reorientation in academics as well as grooming of the students.

The placement cell of ASM is fully aware of these new challenges and opportunities in the job market. As soon as the student is enrolled for a particular course, his career grooming starts. The placement and institute-industry interface cell facilitates on-campus company presentations, an annual careers fair and selection interviews.
