Guest lectures by eminent Indian and foreign experts from various universities, business and industries are organized besides debates, seminars, workshops, factory visits, team building exercises and management games during tours and treks etc. Factory visits, an integral part of the program, helps in giving a practical insight and offer much desired industry interaction. This also accelerates their summer and final placements.

Computer Society of India (CSI) : |
The Computer society of India is a non-profit, professional body where IT processionals meet to exchange views and information, to learn and share ideas. CSI has over 20000 members to date, which includes individual professionals, students, academicians, scientist, corporate bodies and other institutions. The programs help members to discuss current development and application in various fields, Discuss policies of the government and manufacturers, report professional views to policy makers, evolve standards to be adopted all over the country, and Learn from information pooled in by specialists. |

This event is jointly promoted by the Sakal Papers Lt, Sakal being one of the Leading news papers of Maharashtra aims at promoting youth activities which gels with the thoughts of IBMR. In addition to the different developmental activities provided by the institute for both the students and the faculties, the Journal and the Magazine is the arena where they can exploit their talent in the form of writing, knowledge and creativity. The institute publishes a college magazine that is totally bandied by the students with inputs and support by the faculties. This provides the students to explore their literary talents and also helps many in securing a job in the field of communication. The College magazine acts as a common platform to showcase the inner talents of our students and staff. It also provide them with a mode to communicate with the corporate doyens since the magazines also include the interviews of such magnets conducted by the students. |

It is one of the largest exhibitions held every year in Pune by MCCIA having over 3 lakh visitors and covering all sectors of industry. IIBR students shoulder the responsibility as facilitators of the expo which provides our students with tremendous opportunity to interact with the various officials of industries, foreign dignitaries, this apart from improving various skills in coordination, crowd management, communication skills which goes a long way in developing the managerial skills required for these future professionals. |
